Derek Peever's Corporate Biography 
Derek is a brilliant new age entrepreneur with a vivid picture painted in his mind of what the future holds for PeeverConn Properties. Having excelled in the marine industry over the past eight years, Derek is now pursuing his true passion in life full time; the business and real estate ventures of PeeverConn Properties. Derek has an incredible appetite for knowledge in the fields of self improvement, real estate, business, and has adopted a lifelong learning attitude. With over 40 real estate transactions under his belt in the past four years, Derek continues to produce stellar results for investors and the superior management of PeeverConn Properties assets. Derek regularly takes time to teach people entering the market and to educate people on the particulars of real estate joint ventures; empowering people and making a positive difference in the community. Derek is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) and Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce. Derek attributes much of his accelerated success to surrounding himself with like minded positive individuals as well as the in depth research and support provided by the REIN group and his mentors. Derek is in this business for the long haul and considers himself fortunate to realize early on that the key to PeeverConn Properties success is through continuously improving and developing systems, long term relationships, and follow through. Carson Conn's Corporate Biography 
Carson is a highly driven entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 5 years experience in both business and self employment. He was born in Vancouver and spent all of his childhood and teenage years in Pitt Meadows, B.C. Currently Carson resides in Abbotsford, B.C but considers all of the Lower Mainland to be a region of endless opportunity. In 2005, Carson made a life changing decision to enter to the world of entrepreneurial ship with the launching of his first business Curb Canada Landscape Borders Inc., which he believes has vastly accelerated his expertise in both business management and customer service. Shortly after In 2006 Carson partnered with his long time friend Derek Peever to develop a business which would drastically improve the financial well being of the people that surrounded them. With that came the creation of PeeverConn Properties which purchased it's first property in Agassiz, B.C and since then has created wealth for all its investors with a portfolio consisting of over 40 residential properties. Carson’s long term goals are not only aimed at creating better lifestyle‘s for his investors but also for our future generations and believes that taking action today can drastically improve one’s lifestyle while having a profound effect for lifetimes to come. His understanding of long term wealth and passive income are factors that drive him to create win win relationships through joint ventures in real estate.
