We will be implementing the following strategies:

The repositioning strategy, initially targeting
buildings between 8 – 32 units.

The stratification process of buying single titled
buildings(one owner) and making the building individually titled (strata
titled – many owners) and selling off units individually and/or
utilizing as a long term hold exit strategy.

Advanced stratification
techniques including stratifying and selling the majority
of the building while retaining ownership of the top floor,
corner, or other desirable suites to rent out. As developer we are
grand fathered with the ability to rent out the units indefinitely; regardless of
strata rental restrictions, potentially mortgage free.

Creating value by decreasing expenses through
efficiencies and increasing income through advanced rental techniques,
superior management, and doing quality renovations while creating a
sense of community in the building.
Very attractive investment opportunities are
currently available in several emerging markets including:
- Income generating opportunities.
- Opportunities that return a large portion of investors original capital investment
within 3-5 years, provide passive income through positive cash
flow during the term, as well as considerable tax benefits.
- RRSP investment opportunities within the multi-family realm.
